Help with the app
If something doesn’t work, write to hello@pagefurl.com or choose Write to support in the account menu. Say what you were doing and what you expected to happen; a screenshot helps. We usually answer within a few working days.
Billing and receipts
Plan and billing, in the account menu, lets you change plan, update your card, download receipts and cancel, any time and without writing to anyone. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card number. For anything else about a payment, write to us.
Your data
To see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, write to us and we answer within a month. Delete account, at the bottom of Writer profile in the account menu, removes your projects, settings and sign-in in one step. The details are in Terms and privacy; how your writing is encrypted is on the Security page. We can’t read your scripts, so if you lose your passphrase we can’t open them for you either; use your recovery code.
